Dr. Karen Bergstrom

is a passionate and long-established thought leader. She transforms culture through bringing her 30+ years of experience as an executive in nonprofit agencies. In the past decade, she helped develop, launch, and currently co-leads Safe Families for Children, which received the Peter F. Drucker Non-Profit Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Karen received her bachelor of science in human services from California State Fullerton and her doctorate in psychology from California Graduate Institute in Westwood, California. She works closely with Dr. John Townsend in developing the Growth Model she uses in all her coaching. Karen is also a therapist in private practice who specializes in working with pastors, entrepreneurs and business leaders. Her most important role is co-parenting her four adult children with her husband Rick.

Lisa Gomez-Osborn

is a seasoned Executive Coach, Leadership Consultant, Certified EQ Assessor and Facilitator for Culture Building Group. Lisa is energized by finding solutions to complex team problems. Having more that two decades of experience, and having trained thousands of leaders, she guides with the rare ability to speak truth in a supportive and empathic way. She has dozens of certifications in coaching, leadership, and assessment tools. She brings her established personal and holistic model of building authentic relationships where full engagement, transparent, and direct communication produces extraordinary development for leaders on all levels.

Tina Ratliff

is a Leadership Coach, Consultant and Facilitator for Culture Building Group. She uses her real-world experience in assisting organizations and individuals who want to unpack what is getting in the way of their goals, increase their EQ and implement change as they create healthy culture within their organization. Tina is honored to have been vetted and trained by Dr. John Townsend as a Townsend Leadership Program Director. She is a Certified EQ Assessor and Facilitator. With Tina’s knowledge in Emotional Intelligence, Neuroscience and Organizational Psychology she is able to address both the head and the heart as you optimize leadership performance within your self and your team. Through her coaching and growth groups Tina helps leaders at every level grow in leading with connection and empathy, become more self-aware and increase resiliency in order to eliminate burnout and lead with success.
